Order Processing & Shipping Information
Once you place an order with us, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team for processing.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
We work with trusted global shipping partners, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, Aramex, and reputable local carriers, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Locations
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers located in the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong.
If a product is temporarily unavailable in one warehouse, it may be shipped from another location.

Missing or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives with missing items, please contact us immediately at info@comprenza.com.
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
If an item was missed or incorrectly fulfilled, we will send the missing product via priority shipping at no additional cost.
